Susana Balbo & Los Fuegos Wine Dinner 🍷🥩

This past weekend, the Los Fuegos transformed into a little corner of Mendoza — a perfect garden setting tucked away in the heart of Hanoi. Surrounded by trees, soft lights, and the unmistakable scent of the grill, guests gathered for a special evening of discovery: a guided tasting of Susana Balbo Wines, one of Argentina’s most iconic labels.

The event was held in collaboration with Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits, one of Vietnam’s leading wine importers and distributors. Known for their carefully curated portfolio and passionate team, Red Apron has played a key role in introducing Vietnamese wine lovers to premium international producers — and this tasting was no exception.

Susana Balbo, Argentina’s first female winemaker, is a pioneer in the wine world. Her commitment to excellence and innovation has earned her global recognition, and her wines — expressive, balanced, and deeply rooted in the terroir of Mendoza — reflect the very best of Argentine winemaking.
