On the evening of April 22nd, we had the pleasure of joining forces with Stellar Steakhouse – Intercontinental Landmark72 for an exclusive wine dinner that brought together the bold soul of Argentina with the refined elegance of one of Hanoi’s premier dining destinations.

In collaboration with Mendel Wines, our founder and head chef Emilio Fuse was invited as guest chef to co-create a menu that celebrated the heart of Argentine cuisine.

The dinner was a showcase of authenticity, craftsmanship, and flavor — a journey through carefully curated dishes paired with some of Mendoza’s finest vintages.

Central to this experience was our ongoing commitment to present the very best of Argentina, including our signature Argentine Angus beef.
