We are proud to share a meaningful milestone in our culinary journey: our induction into the Disciples Escoffier International, the prestigious global organization dedicated to preserving the legacy and values of legendary French chef Auguste Escoffier.


The Red Ribbon distinction is awarded to cooks, pastry chefs, and professionals with a Culinary Arts degree (CAP) or more than five years of experience in the field. It represents a deep commitment to culinary craftsmanship, education, and the traditions that have shaped the world of gastronomy.


The celebration took place during a warm and elegant Gala Dinner at Cugini Restaurant, hosted by our great friend and colleague Chef Nico Ceccomoro, Chef & Partner of Cugini. The evening was a celebration of passion, friendship, and the timeless values of Escoffier.

The ceremony was led by Chef Olivier Genique, President of Disciples Escoffier Hanoi, a highly respected chef with a legacy that includes leadership roles at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi and Terra Mare. His continued efforts to elevate culinary standards in Vietnam are truly inspiring.


Also in attendance was Matthieu, from C’est Bon Bakery, brand ambassador of Président and a master of pastry cuisine, whose expertise and presence brought an extra layer of excellence to the event.

We were further honored by the presence of David, representing VinUniversity’s Hospitality & Business College, highlighting the importance of education, mentorship, and the future of hospitality in Vietnam.
