Celebrating the 7th Argentine Week in Hanoi: A Journey of Friendship đ»đł

From May 23rd to 28th 2023 Hanoi will host the Seventh Argentine Week, a celebration of the deep and growing bond between Argentina and Vietnam. Organized by the Embassy of the Argentine Republic, this year's theme âCelebrating our friendshipâ highlights the strong ties between our two nations â across culture, cuisine, and cooperation.

Held in the context of the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement (in place since 2010) and ahead of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2023, the Argentine Week brings together diverse audiences to experience the richness of Argentina in Vietnam.

Key Highlights of the Week
đ„ May 23: Argentine Beef & Wine Day at Los Fuegos
The Week kicks off with âArgentine Beef and Wine Dayâ, hosted at our home â Los Fuegos Argentinian Steak & Grill in Tay Ho. Renowned chef Emilio Fusé and his team will present a curated tasting of Argentinaâs finest: grass-fed beef, Patagonian seafood, premium cheeses, wines, and dulce de leche.
y partners like IPCVA, Del Plata â Argentina Market, Food Source International, Warehouse, Daloc, Red Apron, San Ignacio, Pampa Cheese, and others, will gather industry leaders, importers, diplomats, and cultural figures.
Throughout Argentine Week, Los Fuegos will also feature a special âAsado Criolloâ menu, a tribute to our traditional barbecue heritage.
đŠđ· May 25: National Day Celebration
To mark the 212th anniversary of the May Revolution â a pivotal event in Argentinaâs journey to independence â a private reception will be held at the Official Residence of the Argentine Ambassador, attended by Vietnamese officials, the diplomatic corps, and invited guests.
đ May 28: Argentine Tango & Gastronomy Festival at Ly Thai To Garden
The closing celebration promises a public spectacle of rhythm and flavor at the Octagonal House in Hoan Kiem. Expect live Tango shows, dance lessons from clubs such as Tango Hanoi, El Cielo Tango, and La Boca Tango, and a festive night of music and movement.
Around the dance floor, Argentine food booths will offer signature barbecue dishes, Yerba Mate by MatĂ©a, sweet churros with dulce de leche, Arcorâs Saladix snacks, and much more â all accompanied by exceptional Argentine wines.
