It was an honor to welcome Mr. Pablo Richardi, Head Winemaker and Director of Flechas de Los Andes, for an unforgettable evening celebrating Argentine wine and cuisine.
Located at the foot of the Andes in Mendoza, Flechas de Los Andes is the result of a unique partnership between Baron Benjamin de Rothschild and Laurent Dassault.
Their shared passion led them to Argentina in search of an exceptional terroir—what they found became one of the most iconic boutique wineries in South America. The name “Flechas” (arrows) is a tribute to the five arrows in the Rothschild family emblem.
Guided by Pablo Richardi’s expertise, guests explored the nuances of Malbec—a grape that is deeply tied to Argentina’s identity. Each wine in the Flechas de Los Andes portfolio reflects Pablo’s philosophy: a balance between tradition, innovation, and pure expression of terroir.
Born in Mendoza to a family of winemakers, Pablo has dedicated his life to the craft.
After graduating in oenology from the University of Don Bosco in 2003, he held key roles at Bodega Salentein and Bodega Poesia, before taking on the direction of Flechas de Los Andes in 2004. His international experience includes vintages in Bordeaux at Château Dassault, Château Cos l’Eglise, Château Clarke, and in Napa Valley at Quintessa Estate.
Today, Pablo leads Flechas de Los Andes with the vision of crafting elegant, high-altitude Malbecs that capture the soul of the Andes. His signature wine, Gran Malbec, is a single-varietal masterpiece that showcases the power, finesse, and aromatic depth of the Vista Flores terroir.
Each wine was carefully paired with dishes from our kitchen, celebrating the natural bond between Argentine flavors and its wines.
