We had the honor of joining a truly exceptional culinary celebration — the 12 Hands Dinner, hosted by Terra Mare in honor of Chef Olivier’s birthday. This unforgettable evening brought together six outstanding chefs from Hanoi’s top restaurants, each contributing their talent, creativity, and signature style to showcase the very best of global gastronomy — with a spotlight on premium Argentine beef.
🇫🇷 Chef Olivier (Terra Mare) led the evening with his signature finesse and hospitality.
🇻🇳 Chef Hoàng Tùng (TUNG Dining, Å by TUNG) amazed with modern Vietnamese innovation.
🇰🇷 Chef Joon (L’Abri) brought elegance and flair from the Korean-French fine dining world.
🇮🇹 Chef Nico Ceccomoro (Cugini, Lapis) delighted with rustic Italian soul and sophistication.
🇫🇷 Chef Matthieu Godard (C’est Bon) elevated the menu with classic French precision and passion.
🇦🇷 Chef Emilio Fuse (Los Fuegos) represented Argentina with wood-fired mastery and bold flavors.
Each course offered a glimpse into the chefs’ culinary identity — from oysters with guava and curry, delicate sea carpaccio, to a highlight of the evening: a koji-aged Argentine striploin, cooked to perfection and served with depth and character.
The menu was beautifully paired with organic wines from La Jara (Italy), rounding out a refined and memorable dining experience where technique met storytelling, and friendship was the main ingredient.
We are proud to have contributed to this celebration of excellence and collaboration, and to have shared the magic of Argentine beef with some of Vietnam’s most respected culinary talents.
