El Argentino Foods is a 100% foreign-owned company established in March 2025 to support the introduction of premium South American products to Vietnam and the broader region.
We specialize in import-export operations, product development, and strategic support for South American businesses seeking to expand into Southeast Asia and beyond.
With deep local knowledge and strong industry networks, El Argentino helps bring authentic Latin American flavors to new markets.
Our mission is to build a strong cultural and culinary bridge between South America and Southeast Asia — bringing the region’s finest food, wine, and artisanal products to the Vietnamese market.
In 2019, Emilio founded Los Fuegos Argentinian Grill & Steaks, the first restaurant in Vietnam to offer chilled South American beef and certified Black Angus cuts. Celebrated for its wood-fired cooking, bold flavors, and warm hospitality, it has become a benchmark for quality and authenticity in Hanoi.
Opening in July 2025, Quincho Tapas & Wines will be our newest venture — a vibrant lakefront destination in the heart of Tây Hồ, just steps from international hotels like the Sheraton and InterContinental. Quincho will showcase handcrafted South American tapas, traditional cuisine, aged meats a curated selection of over 150 wines from across the region, all complemented by our own house-made cheeses.
Together, El Argentino, Los Fuegos, and Quincho represent a shared vision: to celebrate South American culture through exceptional food, wine, and meaningful connections.
