El Argentino Foods is a 100% foreign-owned company established in March 2025 to support the introduction and distribution of premium South American products in Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region.

With over a decade of experience operating in Vietnam, we have been instrumental in the development of numerous high-end hospitality projects — providing consulting, operational setup, and long-term strategic guidance.

Over the years, we have designed and built professional kitchens and trained culinary teams at some of the country’s most prestigious institutions, including embassies, luxury restaurants, top universities, and international hospitality groups.

 

This hands-on expertise enables us to deliver tailored solutions for both international brands entering the market and local businesses seeking to elevate their operations.

We specialize in import-export operations, product development, and market strategy for South American brands aiming to expand their footprint in Southeast Asia and beyond.

 

Backed by strong industry networks and an in-depth understanding of local regulations, consumer behavior, and business culture, El Argentino offers the structure and insight necessary for long-term success.

Our mission is to build a vibrant cultural and culinary bridge between South America and Southeast Asia — introducing the region’s finest food, wine, and artisanal products to the Vietnamese market with integrity, authenticity, and purpose.

In 2019, founder Emilio Fuse launched Los Fuegos Argentinian Grill & Steaks — the first restaurant in Vietnam to serve fresh, never-frozen South American beef, including a full selection of Certified Black Angus cuts flown in directly from Argentina. Celebrated for its wood-fired cooking, bold flavors, and heartfelt hospitality, Los Fuegos has become a benchmark for quality and authenticity in Hanoi.

Opening in July 2025, Quincho Tapas & Wines will be our latest venture — a lively lakefront destination in Tây Hồ, steps away from international hotels such as the Sheraton and InterContinental. Quincho will feature handcrafted South American tapas, traditional regional cuisine, dry-aged meats, and a curated selection of over 150 wines from across the continent — complemented by our own house-made cheeses.
